Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Panche Hotels , we value your trust and strive to provide transparent and fair policies for all our guests. Please read the following carefully before making a reservation.

1. Guest Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. Guests may cancel reservations under the following conditions:

• 7 days or more prior to check‑in: Full refund of the booking amount.
• 3–6 days prior to check‑in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Within 48 hours of check‑in: No refund will be applicable.

2. No‑Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no‑show and no refund will be issued.

3. Early Departure

Guests checking out earlier than the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for refunds for unused nights.

4. Hotel‑Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances where The Panche Hotels must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen events, guests will be offered either:

• A full refund of the booking amount, or
• An option to reschedule their stay at no additional cost.

5. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

6. Special Offers & Packages

Bookings made under promotional offers, discounted packages, or non‑refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

7. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, refund and cancellation terms may be adjusted at the discretion of The Panche Hotels Group.
